Plain English, like everything else here. The written quote for your engagement is the binding version of anything below — if they ever disagree, the quote wins.

How we charge

• Free working session (the Map) — free. 30 minutes, yours to keep whatever you decide.
• The diagnostic — $250–$500 USD, quoted before we start, delivered in 48 hours, credited in full against a build.
• Builds — fixed fee, quoted up front (typically $2,000–$12,000 USD for one workflow). The price on the quote is the price you pay. No hourly billing.
• Ongoing care — flat monthly fee with the fee, minimum term, support boundaries and cancellation stated in the agreed quote.
• On-site work — a day rate plus travel and hotel at cost and a flat daily per diem, quoted before you commit.
• Product and project management — scoped per engagement and quoted up front.

What we promise — and what we don't

• We promise the work described in the quote, human-checked before it touches your business, in plain English throughout.
• We don't promise specific financial outcomes. Projected examples and estimates are assumptions, not measured results. The diagnostic exists to prove the maths with your numbers before you commit to a build — if it doesn't work on paper, we'll tell you.
• Examples on this site are illustrative composites from typical weeks, not client results.

Confidentiality

Your workflows and data stay yours. Confidentiality, minimum necessary access and any approved third-party processing are defined in the engagement agreement. We will agree appropriate confidentiality terms before client work; no reuse or publication of client material is permitted without authorization.

Ending an engagement

Either side can end an engagement under the terms in the written quote. You keep everything we've delivered and documented up to that point, including your Map.
