Privacy Policy

Smooth AI Consultancy ("we", "us") collects as little personal data as possible, and only what we need to talk to you and deliver our work.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, company name, business description and the message you send us about where work gets stuck.
• Email: anything you send to hello@smoothaiconsultancy.com.
• Project work: whatever you share with us during an engagement (screenshares, documents, data access). This is covered by our confidentiality commitments below and by any NDA you ask us to sign.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange a call.
• To deliver the work you hire us for.
• We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list. No auto-drip, ever.

Processors

Contact-form submissions go straight to our own server and inbox. No form provider or third party sits in between.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. It is off until you accept the banner; declining leaves you untracked, and the site works exactly the same either way. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Retention

Enquiry emails we keep for as long as a conversation is live, plus a reasonable period afterwards. Project materials are deleted or returned at the end of an engagement on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it: hello@smoothaiconsultancy.com. We will respond ourselves, not a ticket queue. If you are in Canada, your information is handled in accordance with PIPEDA; if you are in the UK or EU, in accordance with the GDPR.

Confidentiality

Your workflows stay yours. We work under NDA whenever you want one, keep access to the minimum needed, and never reuse your data or show your business to anyone else.
