We are a small consultancy. Contact details help us reply, booking details arrange a working session, and account information supports access to the portal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

What we collect

• The contact form — your name, email address, company and business (both optional), and whatever you write in the message. It is emailed to us so we can reply.
• Bookings — if you book a free working session, you do it through our calendar provider (Cal.com). Their privacy policy covers what they collect at booking time.

The public site provides account login and a portal. The live authentication implementation reviewed on 2 October 2026 uses Supabase; the local source is being prepared for a JWT backend and is not verified deployed. Authentication processes your account identity and session information. Marketing-source inspection found no tracking pixels or analytics cookies set by us. The site loads fonts from Google servers; requests disclose normal network information to that provider.

What we do with it

• Reply to you ourselves.
• Arrange requested bookings and provide account/portal access. The calendar, authentication, hosting and mail services process information needed for their respective functions. Their policies and your engagement agreement describe applicable handling. No mailing-list subscription is created by the contact form.

Client work

Client workflows and data remain yours. The agreed engagement must define access, confidentiality and any third-party processing before client data is used. Retention, deletion, provider scope and permitted uses require explicit agreement; this draft does not assert unverified processor approval or a retention period.

Your rights

Write to hello@smoothaiconsultancy.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. We will review the request and explain any applicable account, contractual or retention requirements.
